Deciding which process framework to chose is an important step for the organisation or business Analyst (BA) as it determines if your project will be successful or fail. This video shows how to draw a process flow diagram based on a central repository and also how to optimize the process through simulation. The video starts with explanation of a few frameworks like Archimate, NAF, Togaf, Dodaf and their use of it. The next step is to draw a process flow diagram from scratch using Events, Processess, Organisation units and Results.

To visualize the logic, the business rule, I have used conector and connector sets. At the end fo this video you can see how Process simulation can help you as Business Analyst to optimize the process and check the diagram on logical failures.
